A Showcase of Light & Steel | Part I

Downtown Pittsburgh Northshore Black and White Cityscape Buildings River Bridge Taylor Handy Photo

Pittsburgh

Whether its a usual overcast day, or a sun setting over the Allegheny and Ohio river. You’re bound to find unique symmetry, and moody shadows with consistent lighting for some Pittsburgh Photography.

Time of Day, Weather and Lens all factor in to your photography. When I take pictures in downtown Pittsburgh, I often expect similar results. Generally, I’ll shoot in the same focal range, during times in the day when the sun is highest, or when its overcast and it works to my benefit.

Mix it up!

This time I tried something new by bringing a lens I’m not used to.
A 7.5mm f/2.8 Fisheye I scored last month.

Lucky? Maybe, it started to put pressure on me this time.
This is a four part series, so be sure to check them all out.
