Summer Sun | Texas Edition

The photos are slowing down, but I’m still taking pictures. This Summer has been so hot, and lots of changes have been happening to keep me busy. Moving, Swapping Cameras, Traveling, Work, and Beekeeping have been more of a priority. I’ve been shooting a lot of Film on my Pentax ME Super with a cheap fujifilm ISO 400 Roll you’d always find at Walgreens, and an Ilford Black and White ISO 200 Roll. Eventually I’ll share some but the development cost is crazy high. Its about $2 a shot plus, the cost of scans and mailing.

This set is taken with my digital Pentax KX. A storm trooper from 2009 with a 12mp, 35mm f2.4 lens. I also added a new Asahi Takumar 28mm f/3.5 that I adore to use alongside the 135mm f/2.5 lens. It’s been attached to the Pentax ME Super so I cant wait to see how those photos turn out. For now, lets admire the camera that inspired a lot of change in my life.

Speaking of, This is my Framed Attack Pro I picked up last year. I’ve always loved Skateboarding and BMX. I may be in my 30s but having a little bike and a Camera just feels so right.
